Gina D. Graham, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

“La vita e bella; life is beautiful”. But it can also be hard sometimes.

For over 25 years, I’ve walked alongside women and girls in their journeys toward self-acceptance, healing, and confidence. As a licensed therapist, I specialized in eating disorder recovery and body image work — and that work still lives at the center of everything I do. While I’m not currently accepting new therapy clients, I carry that deep knowledge and wisdom into my photography and creative offerings.

In 2021, I published Body Beautiful, a collection of stories, soulful photography, and empowering words to help girls and women feel strong, whole, and worthy in their bodies. That project changed me — and clarified my mission: to merge art, lived experience, and healing into a new kind of work. One where women don’t just look beautiful in photos — they feel it. They believe it.

Today, I create portrait experiences that go far beyond the surface. I help girls and women feel seen — truly seen — and celebrated for who they are. My sessions are a blend of light and groundedness, of softness and strength. Whether I’m photographing a high school senior, a new mother, or a woman reclaiming her confidence, my goal is to create an experience that is as empowering as the images themselves.

I believe beauty is natural, wild, and radiant — and that every woman deserves to feel lit from within.

This is not therapy. It is something else entirely — a creative, intuitive, and heartfelt invitation back to yourself.

— what they are saying —

Gina was the first therapist in my 15 year journey with an eating disorder who introduced me to the idea that full recovery is possible. She helped me not only get out of one of my worst relapses, but also helped me figure out how to live a life without the eating disorder influencing my every move. Gina was the one who helped me discover who I was and who I wanted to be.

Gina Graham is - hands down - the best therapist I have ever worked with. Before working with Gina, I was losing a battle to a 10+ year eating disorder and living with a crippling level of panic & anxiety. I looked at each day as a matter of existing rather than living. Then it finally dawned on me that others weren’t living the same way I was living. After cycling through several therapists who I never felt I could open up to, I connected with Gina and have never looked back. She not only empowered me to kick that eating disorder 10 years ago, she continues to encourage and help me navigate life’s challenges. Never have I worked with someone so trustworthy, approachable and kind. Gina is amazing!
